She emphasizes alignment, breath-centered movement, and seamless transitions in Vinyasa while integrating strength-building and energy-focused techniques through Asana Alignment.

Lorraine was trained by TOP world-renowned yoga instructors, including Noah Mazé, Seane Corn, Vinnie Marino, and Annie Carpenter at Yoga Works, Santa Monica. She has years of experience assisting yoga teacher training programs at Chula Vista’s Yoga Center and has expanded her expertise through attending yoga workshops and retreats all over the world.
